An update on Princess

Chris & Ted were both surprised by the lack lustre performance by Wavertree Princess at Nottingham on Wednesday. Chris had reported that she was working well at home and that she was kicking and bucking prior to her last piece of work and that she seemed in good heart. Ted reported that she travelled sweetly down to the stalls, broke well and that she seemed to be going fine until the last couple of furlongs when he asked her to step up a gear and she didn't find anything for him. Chris said that it is always difficult to tell with grey horses but that on the day she seemed "dull all round". He will monitor her closely over the next few days to see if anything develops.
