Wavertree Racing Club latest news

The latest from Induna Stables

Wavertree Princess and Wavertree Bounty have both worked on the Cambridge Road polytrack this morning (Friday 24th July) and Chris seemed very pleased with them both.

Princess worked first lot and was ridden by Jack Mitchell. She was working with another 4yo filly, Valatrix, who Chris referred to as a "good yardstick who works well at home". Chris said afterwards that it was a good solid piece of work and that Princess is now not far off a run and that he will start to look for suitable races for her soon.

Wavertree Bounty worked in the second lot, once again with Mujamaura, both fillies worked well and probably also aren't too far off their debut's.

We are planning to hold a stable visit to Induna Stables to see both fillies on Saturday 15th August before members of both clubs head for the National Stud, more details to follow nearer the time.
