Entries for Princess

Wavertree Princess worked on the Cambridge Road polytrack gallop this morning with Merry Diva,

(a winning Bahamian Bounty filly at 2 years old with two 2nds, two 3rds and a 4th in her last five runs).

Chris has made two entries over 5 furlongs for Princess. The first is at Newcastle on Wednesday 30th September and the second is at Ayr on Thursday 1st October.

There are 40 horses entered in the (46-60) Irish Dripping Handicap at Newcastle with a safety factor of 17 and the race is currently timed at 2.40pm. Princess could possibly get in if Chris wishes to declare but is not guaranteed to do so.

There are 30 horses entered in the (46-58) Ben Handicap Stakes at Ayr, also with a safety factor of 17 and she has more chance of getting into this race, currently timed at 2.40pm.

Any decision on declaration would be dependant on much softer ground than at present, Newcastle is currently firm, good to firm in places and Ayr is good, good to firm in places with a forecast for the next five days that does not look too encouraging.
