Bounty on the Gallops

Wavertree Bounty joined forces again with Alan Munro to do a piece of work on the Al Bahathri polytrack in Newmarket on Saturday Morning. She was working with one of John's older fillies who is ahead of her fitness wise with a few runs under her belt already. John was pleased that Bounty was able to go with the pace and feels that she should be ready for a race soon. He has tentatively pencilled in a (0-60) over a mile for 3 year olds only at Warwick on Bank Holiday Monday 5th April. John will be monitoring her closely over the next few days before making any decision on her entry and declaration.

Alan said afterwards that even though Bounty hasn't grown much over the winter he feels that "she is quite mature now" and that she has "some strength about her and is in good form mentally". He added that she is better than last year, that she needs to run and that Warwick would be a good start for her.
