The latest on Bounty
After the recent rains softened the going on turf at Newmarket Wavertree Bounty worked on the 'Rowley Mile' grass gallop yesterday for the first time.
Chris said afterwards it was a tidy piece of work and that he was pleased with how she handled the new challenge. She remained straight and true and came up the rising ground very well, always a good test of fitness for any horse, especially an unraced 2yo. He said that she is progressing and getting better with every piece of work she does. He is now going to do some more stalls work with her ahead of her expected debut this month.
