Warrior at Royal Ascot

Wavertree Warrior has a new role today at Royal Ascot where he is ponying his new friend the Hong Kong horse Joy and Fun down to the start of the £450,000 Golden Jubilee Stakes at 3.50pm.

Joy and Fun has raced in Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai where he won a Group 3 sprint and has been stabled next to Warrior for the last month in preparation for the race and they have become very good friends. As is the custom Joy and Fun has always been ponied to the start and Nick says that as they love each other Warrior was the obvious choice and it's a first for Nick also as he is going to ride him.
