No dec for Warrior

With the going at Brighton described as firm, good to firm in places and very little rain forecast, Nick decided against declaring Wavertree Warrior for the race on Wednesday.

Ideally Nick would like Warrior to have one more race before giving him a break ahead of targeting an all weather campaign over the winter. There is a suitable race for Warrior on the Chepstow card also on the 10th and Nick has pencilled this in as the going on the West has been on the soft side of late.

Nick will more than likely use this date as a cut off and If the going does go too firm he will bring Warrior's holiday forward without looking for another alternative.
